Shaft Output Indexing Drive is a type of indexing table with shaft output which is also called DS model Cam Indexing Table. Turntable/discs, conveyor belts, gears and couplings could be connected with the shaft directly.Â
11 sizes of DS Cam Indexing Tables are provided by Sango Automation, ranges from 45 DS, 60 DS, 63 DS, 70 DS, 80 DS , 83 DS, 100 DS, 110 DS, 125 DS, 140 DS, 180 DS with the shaft center distance between output shaft and input shaft respectively.
What is the Features of DS Cam Indexing Drive?
This series are conventional shaft type design. The processing and installation of their accessories can be gears, couplings or coupling discs; special attention must be paid to the hole tolerances.
â— Suitable for high-speed operation as it has a small inertia when indexed.
â— Can be the power source for indirect transmission between conveyor belts and other intermittent actions.
â— With hole tolerance (+ 0.015 / 0) and keyway tolerance (+ 0.015 / 0).
